STAFF PROFILE
International travel has been a part of Nicole's life since she was very young. Her personal adventures have taken her to Thailand, through Central America, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, and a variety of other international destinations. With her love for international education and study abroad, she wanted to expose students to the same powerful intercultural experiences she experienced abroad. Nicole studied abroad through The School for International Training (SIT) in Belize, while obtaining her degree in Environmental Studies from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. After Naropa, she applied to and was selected for postgraduate enrollment in SIT's Master's Degree Program and graduated in 2007 with a Master's in International Education. Nicole joined SFS in June 2006 to combine her interests in environmental studies and international education. She has played many roles at SFS, including the Student Affairs Manager (SAM) in Australia, Admissions Counselor in Beverly working closely with all of the programs, the Program Manager in Bhutan, as one of the Academic Liaisons and now as the Academic Liaison and Institutional Relations Project Coordinator to encourage and support students seeking an opportunity abroad with SFS.
