Ray has been the Director of Finance and Administration at SFS for the past three years and has over 25 years of experience in the field of accounting and financial management in the not-for-profit sector. He has managed multimillion dollar operations and grant budgets; developed and presented financial policy; coordinated outside tax and audit consultants to meet organizational objectives; assessed, costed, and implemented technology to increase productivity; and managed and developed staff at every level. He has financial reporting experience on systems, addressing internal requirements set by the board of directors, and also complying with requirements set by the Internal Revenue Service.
