· Withdrawal 61 days or more prior to the first day of the program = 100% refund of total program cost (less deposit).

· Withdrawal 60 to 31 days prior to the first day of the program = 50% refund of total program cost (less deposit).

· Withdrawal 30 days prior to 14 days after the start of the program = 25% refund of total program cost (less deposit).

· Withdrawal 15 or more days after the start of the program, or if a student is asked to leave the program = NO REFUND.

Refund Policy for Summer Program Costs

If you withdraw by notifying SFS in writing the following amounts will be refunded:

· Withdrawal prior to 60 to 22 days before the start of the program = 100% refund of total program cost (less deposit).

· Withdrawal 21 to 1 day prior to the start of the program = 50% refund of total program cost (less deposit).

· Withdrawal after the program starts = NO REFUND.

Deposits: Students may transfer the non-refundable deposit to an SFS course within the next 12 months subject to acceptance. Financial aid candidates: deposits are refundable ONLY if withdrawal is less than 10 days following financial aid offer. (You must complete and return the financial aid application within 10 days of acceptance to qualify for refund status on the deposit).

Reminders:

For those students who have received SFS financial aid, the amount of aid will be taken into account with any refund calculation.

Students billed through their home institution are subject to home institution refund and financial aid policies as well.

Application fees are non-refundable.
