 | Sponsoring Risk Management Workshops Sponsoring an SFS Risk Management workshop or series of workshops means hosting a training course at your facility for your staff and/or the public. We can also customize a program to meet the particular needs of your staff. Sponsorship is the most economical avenue for training your staff. If the training is open to participants outside of your organization, you could even generate revenue for your program Steps for Sponsorship - Determine which standard training you would like, or identify the specific needs of your staff. SFS can work with you to create the program that best addresses your training needs.
- Contact SFS Risk Mangagement Services and decide upon a date.
- Determine pricing and costs. Generally, pricing is progressively based upon number of participants. The more participants, the less per participant. Large groups (over 40) may be negotiated as a package. Costs will be figured out as program fee plus expenses.
- Determine registration structure; whether it makes sense for you or us to do the registration.
- Decide upon marketing strategy (if open to the public.)
- Once curriculum, date, and pricing has been determined, we will work out a contract that will formally identify responsibilities.
- If the program is solely for your staff, we will submit a questionnaire and request for documents in order to help us better understand your program.
- Conduct the program.
- Feedback followup.
- We will submit an invoice to you.
