Attention Students!

Our Costa Rica program is full but there are limited spaces still available on our other spring 2010 programs and enrollment is picking up for summer. Instead of returning to campus next semester or taking a typical job in the summertime, consider earning college credit in an Australian rainforest nestled amongst rolling farmland, the coral reefs of the Turks and Caicos Islands, the foothills of Mt. Kilimanjaro or the Himalayas, or the culturally rich, coastal landscape of Baja Mexico!

Find out more about the following programs and the invaluable knowledge and skills you will return home with.

Australia and New Zealand
Learn about the effects of global warming on rainforest health and join the largest rainforest restoration project ever attempted. Summer students travel to New Zealand.

Turks and Caicos Islands
Snorkel or SCUBA in an underwater paradise, study marine ecology and techniques for protecting endangered marine resources.

Bhutan
In the remote and rugged mountains of the eastern Himalayas, study forestry and human/wildlife conflict. Trek and experience the mysticism of traditional Bhutanese culture.

Baja Mexico
Protect endangered sea turtles and California gray whales. Earn Spanish language credit. Learn how to sea kayak and study coastal ecology. Immerse yourself in rich Mexican culture.

Kenya and Tanzania
Study in world-famous parks, learn Swahili, and study East African tribal culture. Help Maasai maintain their traditional lifestyle while protecting indigenous wildlife. Also, summer public health course in Kenya: Field Practicum in Public Health and Environment

Costa Rica
In one of the world's most biodiverse and pristine tropical ecosystems, learn how globalization threatens biodiversity and sustainable development. Earn Spanish language credit.
